Job Summary

This role offers law trainees (Rechtsreferendare) in the Düsseldorf Public Prosecutor General's district the opportunity to work as a legal research assistant. Day-to-day tasks include supporting the public prosecutors in general and specialized departments through legal research, evaluation of evidence, and drafting of dispositions and indictments. The position also involves attending court sessions at local district courts. Successful candidates will have completed their public prosecutor's office rotation and possess strong knowledge of criminal and criminal procedure law. A mentor will be provided to support the assistant's integration and development. This is a unique chance to gain practical legal experience within the German justice system.
