Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to take full entrepreneurial responsibility as a Branch Manager for Adecco's office in Zug, a market leader in HR solutions. The role is dynamic, combining high-impact sales and inspiring leadership. Day-to-day, you will strategically and operationally develop the branch, actively acquiring new clients, building sustainable partnerships, and maintaining regular on-site presence with existing customers. A critical component is leading your team with clarity and passion, driving visible success, and overseeing active candidate management to identify and place suitable talent. Candidates must possess strong Sales DNA, exceptional leadership qualities that inspire motivation, and entrepreneurial thinking. Required qualifications include a completed education, ideally in a commercial field, and proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems. Crucially, professional exchange with clients and candidates necessitates fluency in both German and English.
