Job Summary
As a Document Management & Digitalization Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping organizations become more efficient and innovative through digital solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve analyzing client needs, optimizing processes, and designing robust DMS solutions, including technology consulting (Cloud vs. On-Premises) and pre-sales support. You'll implement these solutions into existing systems like ERP, CRM, and Office 365, handle data migration, and configure them on Windows servers. Beyond implementation, you'll provide 2nd-level support, maintain systems, and conduct user training. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital processes, eager to learn new systems, and capable of managing projects from planning to reporting, all while ensuring secure documentation and password management. The position offers a dynamic environment, flat hierarchies, and opportunities for professional development.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training, university degree, or relevant practical experience
Experience
- Professional experience in IT or a strong interest in digital processes (also suitable for career changers)
- Initial exposure to Document Management Systems (e.g., DocuWare, M-Files, ELO or similar) is beneficial, but willingness to learn new systems is key
- Ability to implement and configure technical solutions independently
- Interest in user administration, role and rights concepts, or digital workflows
- Basic understanding of business processes (e.g., accounting, HR, contract management) or willingness to build this knowledge
- Experience with ticketing systems or basic knowledge of ITIL is helpful, or motivation to acquire this knowledge
- Certifications in DMS or project management are a plus, but not a prerequisite
