Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive consulting for business departments on project management, including the conceptualization of individual IT solutions. Day-to-day tasks include independently defining software requirements, selecting appropriate IT solutions, developing processes, and implementing software applications. The manager will also ensure compliance with internal service management processes, particularly incident and problem management, and monitor process performance, stability, and availability. Key responsibilities extend to supporting interdisciplinary IT projects and creating and conducting internal training. The ideal candidate will have a degree in IT-related fields or a relevant IT apprenticeship, coupled with professional experience in IT application or service management. Strong German and good English language skills are essential, alongside an independent, holistic, and goal-oriented approach.
