Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join a dynamic research group at RUB's Faculty of Physics and Astronomy. This full-time, fixed-term position until July 2027 involves cutting-edge experimental solid-state research, material science, and the development of novel semiconductor quantum devices. The successful candidate will focus on developing new semiconductor epitaxial methods for high-quality thin films, learning heterostructure design, and growing/characterizing advanced heterostructures. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a background in solid-state physics, offering the chance to contribute to fundamental research and advance semiconductor technology within the BMBF QTRAIN project.
