Job Summary

The successful candidate will join a dynamic, international environment specializing in special, spatial, and nuclear engineering. This critical role involves developing and managing rigorous supplier qualification processes to ensure an effective and compliant supplier base. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive compliance audits (technical, quality management systems, EHS, regulatory) both in Switzerland and internationally (requiring 80% travel). You will be responsible for continuous quality improvement among assigned suppliers, managing the audit plan, and collaborating closely with procurement and manufacturing teams. A key aspect is working with suppliers on root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions based on audit findings or product non-conformities, ensuring quality standards are met and minimizing costs related to quality and on-time delivery (OTD).
