Job Summary

As a (Senior) IT Support Engineer, you will be the backbone of the IT operations, providing advanced first- and second-line support in a macOS-focused environment with some Windows support. Your daily tasks will include resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues, managing IT requests and incidents, and optimizing collaboration tools like Microsoft 365, Atlassian, and Miro. You will also lead endpoint management and security using MDM tools, oversee the full IT asset lifecycle, and ensure smooth employee onboarding/offboarding processes. This role is attractive because you will not only tackle hands-on technical challenges but also act as a mentor to junior colleagues, streamlining processes and shaping a reliable, future-ready IT environment.
