Job Summary
As an LSA Engineer in Customer Service, you will be the primary technical contact for customers regarding repair devices, technical issues, and training. Your daily tasks will involve analyzing the root causes of complaints and damages, developing repair solutions in collaboration with design, testing departments, and suppliers, and preparing accident and damage reports. You will also oversee complaint processing and organize extensive technical analyses with clients and authorities. This role requires a strong technical background in mechanical or aerospace engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information. You will also be responsible for assessing the scope of services for warranty and goodwill claims, making this a dynamic and impactful position within a leading European aircraft equipment manufacturer.
