Job Summary

As a Metrology Technician, you will be responsible for the precise measurement of stamped and plastic parts, as well as test gauges. Your daily tasks will include developing measurement strategies and clamping concepts, overseeing metrology equipment like CMMs and profile projectors, and creating tactile and optical measurement programs for both series production and project phases. You'll analyze and document measurement results, conduct capability studies, and coordinate test equipment management, including monitoring and calibration. Additionally, you will train workers on metrological topics and support complaint resolution and inspection process optimization.
