Job Summary

This role is for an IT Specialist specializing in system integration, based in Cologne, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis and resolution of IT system disruptions, installation and configuration of hardware and software, and performing system updates and upgrades. They will also provide user support for technical issues and contribute to IT project implementation and system documentation.
