Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems through comprehensive support and maintenance. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving IT system malfunctions, installing and configuring hardware and software, and performing system updates and upgrades. The specialist will also provide technical assistance to users, create and update system documentation, and contribute to IT project implementations. The ideal candidate will have a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, possessing strong knowledge of network technology, operating systems (Windows/Linux), server administration, and virtualization technologies.
