This role seeks an experienced Expert in Power Module Sintering to join a leading team in Veitsbronn, Germany. The successful candidate will provide critical support and consultation to the power module development team, focusing on establishing core know-how for power module design with a strong emphasis on sintering processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining critical process steps, creating execution plans to mitigate risks, and actively supporting the team with best practices. The role also involves driving design improvements, assisting with PFMEA, and defining/adapting development and manufacturing processes for power module design. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in high-volume power module manufacturing, particularly in the automotive industry, and offers the opportunity for a planned permanent takeover.
