Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated IT System Administrator to support various branches in the Mannheim region, working both remotely and on-site. You will be a key contact person, providing 1st and 2nd-level support for Windows server and client environments, WAN, LAN, and VoIP, and assisting the ERP team. The position involves maintaining IT systems, implementing operational requirements, and collaborating with the central ISMS Board and external service providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft environments, M365, SQL, backup, and EMM, alongside administrative knowledge of network technologies. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or IT Systems Management Assistant (IT-Systemkaufmann)
Experience
- Professional experience in IT system administration
- In-depth experience in Microsoft environments (Server, Clients, Backup, Virtualization)
- Administrative experience in M365, SQL, Backup, and EMM
- Administrative knowledge in WAN, LAN, WLAN, and TK
