Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager or Technician to lead the EMSR (Electrical, Measurement, and Control Technology) department in Emden and Dornum. The successful candidate will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical leadership of the team, overseeing the organizational and timely processing of orders, including scheduling, cost management, and resource allocation. Key responsibilities also include managing suppliers and subcontractors, maintaining strong client relationships, and actively participating in new client acquisition. The position involves leading and executing projects within electrical, measurement, and control technology, from creating offers and calculations to negotiations, project monitoring, documentation, and billing. Adherence to safety and quality standards (SGUQ) is paramount, alongside continuous departmental development and employee training.
