Job Summary
As a Service Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for IT support requests and incident reports, handling inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system. Your daily tasks will involve analyzing and diagnosing IT problems to provide solutions or identify appropriate escalation paths. You'll answer questions related to software applications, hardware configurations, network connections, and general IT issues. A key part of the role is documenting support tickets, including actions taken and solutions provided, and prioritizing requests according to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role is ideal for someone with experience in system integration and a solid understanding of MS Office, Microsoft AD, and Azure AD, looking for continuous professional development within a diverse and supportive company culture.
