This role involves conducting microbiological analyses on dairy products, from raw milk to infant formula, ensuring food safety and quality. The successful candidate will perform various tests according to ISO 17025 standards, including quantitative and qualitative parameter analysis for bacteria, yeasts, molds, and pathogens like Salmonella and Listeria. This includes applying different microbiological techniques such as spread plating and pour plating. The position requires meticulous documentation and evaluation of results. Required Skills

Education
