This role is for a dedicated Team Lead to manage the "Information and Evaluation" unit within the Cadastre and Surveying Department of the City of Solingen. The successful candidate will oversee a team of four, focusing on cadastral information and archiving. Key responsibilities include leading the team, optimizing workflows, preparing annual cadastral reports, managing departmental ledgers, and providing expert customer consultation on cadastral law. The position requires a strong background in surveying or geoinformatics, coupled with deep knowledge of land registers and cadastral archiving. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Surveying or Geoinformatics (Dipl.-Ing. FH or Bachelor of Engineering/Science), potentially qualification for career group 2.1, entry-level of the higher surveying technical service NRW
Experience
- Professional experience in land cadastre, especially cadastral archiving and land register
- Extensive legal, technical, and professional knowledge in land cadastre and land register
- Leadership experience in managing teams and workflows
