As the Head of IT Competence Center for Supply Chain Management, you will lead the global IT organization's efforts in managing customer interaction across supply chain domains. This pivotal role involves both the technical leadership of a global Supply Chain Management team within the Enterprise Solutions Competence Center and the disciplinary leadership of a local IT team for the SFT Division. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of global and local supply chain applications, from development and operations to support and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with business SLAs. Key responsibilities also include driving successful technology-driven projects, managing vendor relationships, and fostering innovation within a global matrix organization.
