Job Summary
This role is for an Onsite Service Engineer / IT Systems Specialist responsible for providing comprehensive IT support and services directly at client locations. Day-to-day tasks include performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, commissioning IT workstations, mobile devices, and server systems (both hardware and software), and providing support for clients, servers, and storage systems. The role also involves executing IT rollout projects and managing PC and user lifecycle. Key requirements include a completed IT education, strong experience in hardware service for clients and servers, and good knowledge of operating systems.
