Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the digital future of the German Armed Forces as a Senior IT Service Technician, focusing on international operations across Europe and worldwide mobile client support. Day-to-day, you will perform on-site incident resolution, new installations, and refreshes of IT and telecommunications end devices and systems. This includes installing, upgrading, and maintaining hardware and software, administering IT infrastructures, networks, and server environments, and providing 1st and 2nd-level support to users. The position requires extensive international travel to Bundeswehr locations, primarily in Europe and the USA, and participation in on-call duties, while adhering to Service Level Agreements.
