Job Summary
This role involves providing essential IT support by processing service requests from toom hardware stores. The Service Desk Agent will be responsible for the qualified acceptance, processing, and independent resolution of IT disruptions, ensuring system availability. Key tasks include proactive support for 1st level support and other departments, as well as managing, monitoring, and escalating tickets. The ideal candidate will have a completed vocational training as an IT specialist, relevant professional experience in IT support, and ideally familiarity with IT Service Management according to ITIL®.
