Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Metrology Technician to join a dynamic team in Eisfeld or Hildburghausen. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing testing tasks according to specifications, creating initial sample inspection reports, and coordinating external sampling. A key part of the role involves supporting measurement tasks using mobile optical 3D coordinate measuring technology, analyzing and evaluating measurements, and creating detailed measurement protocols. The position also includes managing external calibration of test equipment with suppliers, performing internal calibrations, and ensuring the maintenance of metrology equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in metalworking and experience in measurement technology who thrives in a quality-focused, team-oriented environment and is open to shift work.
