Job Summary
This role is for a Team Leader in Technical Building Equipment Maintenance, responsible for overseeing a team of 10 employees within a public transport company in Stuttgart. The successful candidate will optimize operational processes, manage staff planning, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Key responsibilities include commissioning external companies, managing acceptance of construction services, and performing invoice verification. The role also involves utilizing modern building management systems to identify system statuses and malfunctions, proposing innovative energy-saving solutions, and managing resources and budgets for the cost center. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise in building services, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Required Skills
Education
Technical degree (e.g., Supply Engineering) or comparable qualification. Certified Electrician for specified activities or demonstrably electronically instructed person. Knowledge of SSB internal junior leadership program 'Persepektive²' or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of relevant experience in employee leadership
- Professional experience with building management systems or measurement, control, and regulation
- Expertise in relevant norms and regulations within the field

- Must meet health requirements for unrestricted operational deployment for operating personnel as per § 10 BOStrab, work on tracks, and elevated fall risk. Ability to work in Stuttgart. Position can be filled part-time, considering operational requirements.
