Job Summary

This role is for a proactive and experienced leader to ensure the seamless operation of a large cultural and event venue in Munich. The successful candidate will be responsible for the flawless and efficient operational readiness of all building services, including technical systems, utilities, and outdoor facilities. Key responsibilities involve overseeing maintenance, conducting repairs, managing external service providers, optimizing technical systems, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. This position requires close collaboration with event technology, operations, and event management teams. The Head of Building Services will also build and lead a small team, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
