- Profound expertise in digital asset management (DAM) principles and video content lifecycle
- Deep understanding of Video Backend and Tooling (preferably Bynder and Vimeo)
- Strong hands-on experience in platform operations, including IT processes around incident resolution, change management and continuous improvement
- Solid understanding of cloud hosting environments, particularly Microsoft Azure and AWS
- Experience with identity and access management (e.g., Entra ID), networking, and hybrid cloud configurations
- Experience in coordinating external vendors, managing SLAs, aligning feature roadmaps and effectively communicating platform updates, changes, and improvements
- Knowledge of enterprise-level security, compliance, and governance practices
