Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support and infrastructure services at the Zwickau and Chemnitz locations for a leading European IT service provider, working with their end client, Volkswagen Sachsen GmbH. Day-to-day tasks include installing network cables, connecting them to server rooms and office areas, and setting up/removing network devices like routers, switches, and firewalls. The technician will also perform initial system configurations following instructions and manage service requests via a ticketing system, ensuring thorough documentation.
