Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist to join one of Europe's leading IT service providers, supporting end-users for the German Aerospace Center (DLR). The specialist will provide 2nd level support for client systems and 1st level network support, addressing daily IT issues. Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and deploying client devices (notebooks, PCs, monitors) with Windows or Linux operating systems. The position involves both remote and on-site assistance for hardware and software topics, requiring strong problem-solving and communication skills. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support
- Experience in setting up IT workstations
