Job Summary
This role involves providing essential user support for IT-related issues and problems. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and verifying errors, resolving them via remote access to client computers, and managing inquiries through a ticketing system by prioritizing and classifying requests. A key part of the job is also documenting and maintaining data within a knowledge base. The ideal candidate will have a completed education in IT, solid experience in user support and service request management, and strong knowledge of common hardware and software, especially within the Microsoft environment.
