Job Summary
This role involves coordinating and actively contributing to a Service Desk team, ensuring stable, service-oriented, and customer-friendly 1st-level support. The specialist will be responsible for structuring team processes and workflows, as well as the professional development of Service Desk employees. Direct communication with clients and coordination with other delivery units are also key aspects of the job. The ideal candidate will have a background as an IT specialist in system integration or a similar qualification, proven experience in end-user support, especially 1st-level, and strong knowledge of MS Office tools and ticketing systems.
