Job Summary

This role involves defining and developing surface treatment processes for high-performance aerospace products, with a specific focus on optimizing adhesive bonds between metal liners and CFRP overwraps. The successful candidate will standardize surface cleaning and pre-treatment processes across the company and lead the advancement of surface pre-treatment methods (physical, chemical) and preservation processes like priming. Day-to-day tasks include documenting, analyzing, and optimizing process parameters to ensure consistent quality, as well as collaborating closely with quality and manufacturing teams to resolve deviations.
