Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the secure and reliable operation of transmission and distribution networks within the Süwag Group, a key player in Germany's energy transition. The technician will independently perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance on protection, control, remote control, and DC power supply systems, as well as process data transmission systems. Key responsibilities include acting as plant and/or work manager, coordinating fault resolution, executing switching operations, and overseeing external construction sites. The position requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background in electrical engineering, experience in energy distribution networks, and a commitment to continuous learning and teamwork. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training with additional qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician in Electrical Engineering

Experience

  • Several years of experience in the construction, maintenance, and operation of energy distribution networks
  • Professional experience with relevant laws, regulations, and internal rules
  • Professional experience with operational equipment in networks
  • Familiarity with relevant data processing systems
