Job Summary
As a PLC Programmer, you will be instrumental in transforming technological visions into reality by programming complex machines and systems using SIEMENS S7/TIA Portal. Your day-to-day will involve creating, adapting, and implementing PLC software concepts, as well as optimizing existing program sequences. You will contribute to machine process design, control system layout, and component selection, guiding projects from conception through testing and on-site commissioning. This role requires independent fault analysis and resolution, along with comprehensive documentation. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Technology, or a Technician certification in Electrical Engineering, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in PLC programming with S7, TIA Portal, Codesys, or Allen Bradley
- Extended knowledge in the Simatic PCS 7 process control system
- Ideally, experience in visualization with WinCC
