Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious IT Process Manager who will be responsible for connecting people and technologies, ensuring the perfect match for customers, and finding the right experts for various challenges. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing and enhancing business processes, coordinating and continuously developing internal workflows aligned with ITIL, and expanding the service catalog to drive standardization. The position acts as an interface to internal and external clients, coordinates activities within the IT business unit, and contributes to digitalization initiatives. The ideal candidate will advise IT leaders and define criteria for measuring process and service quality, bringing technologies to the next level.
