As a Senior IT Service Technician, you will be instrumental in operating and maintaining standard software and its underlying IT/telecommunications infrastructure. Your daily tasks will involve independently analyzing and resolving IT/telecommunications disruptions, performing hardware and software maintenance and updates, and managing the installation and commissioning of client hardware and software. You will also contribute to IT/telecommunications infrastructure migration projects, optimize processes, and ensure meticulous technical documentation.
