Job Summary
As a Document Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the conformity and completeness of technical documents throughout project lifecycles. Your daily tasks will involve coordinating, structuring, and archiving technical documentation, acting as a key point of contact for all project stakeholders regarding documentation, and overseeing documentation for interim and final acceptance of components from suppliers. You will also consolidate overall documentation from various sub-trades, verify technical documentation across different project phases and departments, coordinate internal and external revision deadlines, and harmonize documentation structures between projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting and diverse projects for innovative companies, contributing to the efficient flow of critical technical information.
Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial training or similar qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in handling technical drawings, plans, and specifications
- Professional experience with relevant norms and standards for technical documentation (e.g., DIN, ISO)
- Professional experience with MS Office and specialized document management software (e.g., SAP DMS, SharePoint)
