Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist who will be instrumental in elevating technology and tackling new challenges within a dynamic IT solutions environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing first and second-level support requests, processing tickets via phone, remote access, and on-site visits, and diagnosing and resolving a wide array of IT issues. The specialist will also handle the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, user account management, and assist with system administration. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, practical experience in IT support, and proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software problems in Windows or Linux environments.
