Job Summary

Embark on a dynamic 3-year dual study program in Business Informatics (B.Sc.) at our Gummersbach headquarters, starting September 1, 2026. This unique opportunity allows you to seamlessly integrate theoretical knowledge from CBS in Cologne with practical experience within FERCHAU's internal service and consulting teams. You'll gain insights into critical IT and business areas like SAP, Salesforce, HR, Marketing, Controlling, and Procurement, actively contributing to support, administration, development, and consulting tasks. Your role will involve analyzing company data, creating reports, and participating in the development and adaptation of software solutions to optimize internal processes and enhance digital applications. This program is ideal for individuals passionate about data, digital technologies, and economic correlations, offering a chance to apply logical thinking and problem-solving skills in an innovative environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed (technical) Abitur (German high school diploma) with very good grades in Mathematics, English, and German being an advantage. Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Informatics.

Experience

  • Interest in data, digital technologies, and economic contexts
  • Enjoyment of logical thinking and understanding complex relationships
  • Independent and structured way of working with a focus on solutions
  • Strong communication skills, team player, and open to new perspectives
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools
  • Ideally, initial experience with programming languages like Python, Java, or SQL
