Job Summary
Take on a pivotal leadership role overseeing a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team of engineers focused on advanced rotor and generator production within an international setting. You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary guidance of your team, defining priorities, coaching members, and fostering versatility. Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating development and improvement projects (NPI), managing significant capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets, and conducting critical risk analyses (FMEA) to ensure process optimization. This demanding position requires deep expertise in rotor and generator design/manufacturing processes, coupled with proven leadership competence. Required Skills
Education
University degree (FH/ETH) in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, Mechatronics, or Materials Technology
Experience
- Several years of technical and disciplinary leadership experience managing an engineering team
- Professional experience, ideally within an industrial manufacturing environment
- Fundamental knowledge of rotor and generator design and manufacturing processes
- Experience in implementing Lean and improvement initiatives
