Job Summary
This leadership role involves overseeing the eCare/Telematics department, guiding approximately 50 employees across several cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for the BARMER's central digital care platform, eCare, and other relevant telematics infrastructure (TI) products, ensuring their development aligns with patient needs and regulatory requirements. A deep understanding of the TI, its stakeholders, and processes is crucial, along with a passion for digital health solutions. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science or Health Sciences, ideally with a focus on Digital Health
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in project management/project environment within the telematics infrastructure
- Leadership experience with a focus on employee appreciation, development, and clear guidance
- Broad knowledge of the healthcare system
- Robust network within the executive environment, its sub-authorities, and gematik
