This role is for a dedicated and technically skilled individual to join the Building and Property Department at the Academy of Media Arts Cologne. The position primarily involves the electrical engineering support and technical management of university buildings. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and ensuring the functionality of electrical systems, planning and organizing electrical inspections, and assisting with maintenance and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will also be involved in general facility management, coordinating external service providers, performing minor repairs, and supporting university events.
