Job Summary

This role involves operating machinery and equipment for the production of semiconductor chips (dies) within either wafer singulation (backend) or various frontend processes such as photolithography, plasma etching, anodic glass bonding, and bending plate structuring. The Microtechnologist will conduct optical inspections of dies for defects using a fault catalog, monitor processes, and initiate corrective actions when errors occur. Adherence to work instructions and quality specifications is paramount. The position requires working in a 3-shift system and under cleanroom conditions, making it suitable for professionals with a background in microtechnology, chemistry, or mechanics who are meticulous, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
