Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Software and License Manager who will be instrumental in building and developing a modern software and license management system at a newly established, innovative university focused on AI. The successful candidate will advise scientists, administration, and university leadership on software procurement, usage, and licensing, ensuring compliance and timely information on deadlines. Key responsibilities include analyzing software needs through requirements engineering, market analysis, and technology scouting to derive suitable procurement strategies. The manager will also be responsible for the setup, administration, monitoring, and automation of license portals, supporting procurement processes, and evaluating national and international software suppliers.
