Job Summary
This role is for a Food Technology Specialist to lead the packaging department at an EU-approved, IFS-certified meat processing plant in Stuttgart. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational leadership and staff deployment within the packaging and slicing departments, ensuring process optimization while adhering to product parameters and quality criteria. Key responsibilities also include monitoring labeling and calibration regulations, creating labels in collaboration with the Quality Assurance department, and performing QA tasks within the department.
