The Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine is seeking a proactive and creative HEIBRiDS Program Coordinator to join their team in Berlin-Buch. This role is central to the Helmholtz International Berlin Research School in Data Science (HEIBRiDS), an interdisciplinary program focused on training young scientists in Data Science applications across various natural science domains. The coordinator will be responsible for marketing, student recruitment, and serving as the primary contact for students and faculty. Key duties include developing and implementing training curricula, organizing events like seminars and workshops, coordinating with partners and other Helmholtz schools, and managing the program's budget and online presence. Additionally, the role involves supporting the broader MDC International Graduate School with data science training initiatives for early-stage scientists. This position, embedded within an international and interdisciplinary environment, requires strong organizational, communication, and IT skills, making it ideal for someone passionate about fostering scientific talent.
