Job Summary
This role is for an IT Application Manager focusing on HR and Time Management systems, based in Bremen. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of IT systems for central HR and timekeeping departments, laying the technical groundwork for tariff-compliant personnel planning and billing processes. Key responsibilities include system administration, technical support for applications (updates, patches, configuration), interface management with HR and external software vendors, and process optimization based on functional requirements. The role also involves authorization management, user support, and reporting. This position is ideal for someone with initial experience in application management, process optimization, and a collaborative mindset, looking to contribute to the further development of HR applications within a large organization.
Required Skills
Education
IT-related commercial training (e.g., IT specialist), or a degree in (Business) Informatics or Business Administration. Cross-entry candidates with relevant professional experience are also welcome.
Experience
- Professional experience in an IT environment or the described field
- Initial experience in system administration and technical application support
- Initial experience in application management (e.g., IT documentation, authorization management, or interface management)
- Experience in IT process optimization or customizing
- Desirable: Experience with HR and Time Management systems (e.g., ATOSS)
