Job Summary
This role involves supporting the development of on-board network and E/E systems for automotive OEMs, focusing on high-voltage components. The successful candidate will analyze and evaluate low-voltage and high-voltage on-board network architectures, considering function, cost, weight, and start-up quality. Key responsibilities include managing series development of HV on-board network components (connectors, cables, fastenings), overseeing supplier interfaces, and handling circuit diagram modifications and harness adjustments. The position also requires creating technical documentation, managing open issues, and coordinating with global and internal development teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to contribute to cutting-edge automotive E/E system development in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field of study
Experience
- Professional experience in on-board network, HV on-board network components, or E/E system development in vehicle manufacturing
- Experience in hardware and system development of low-voltage and high-voltage on-board networks, including analysis and functional validation
