This role is for an IT Service Desk / IT Helpdesk professional, working part-time (20 hours/week) for a leading international IT service provider. The position involves acting as the first point of contact for technical support requests, primarily via phone, ticketing system, and email. Key responsibilities include analyzing and resolving technical issues at the first-level support, documenting all support processes, and assisting users with their IT-related inquiries. After an initial onboarding phase, up to 50% remote work from home is possible.
