Job Summary

As a Laboratory Technician specializing in food products in Neumünster, you will be responsible for conducting a wide range of chemical, physical, and microbiological analyses on food items. Your daily tasks will include operating various laboratory equipment, taking samples, performing hygiene controls, and meticulously documenting all data, records, and evaluations. You will also be involved in monitoring testing equipment and contributing to continuous improvement processes. This role requires a completed laboratory technician apprenticeship or equivalent, coupled with initial professional experience in the food industry, ideally within the dairy sector.
