Job Summary
As the Regional Head North for Facility Management, you will be instrumental in overseeing and coordinating technical services across multiple locations in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and North Rhine-Westphalia. This role involves close collaboration with cluster leads to ensure adherence to processes, KPIs, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while also taking responsibility for larger projects like emergencies and investments. You will lead and develop technical teams, monitor performance, and drive process improvements, ensuring high service quality and efficient operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your leadership and technical expertise within a leading European rehabilitation provider, contributing to the smooth functioning of vital healthcare facilities.
Required Skills
Education
Completed technical or business administration degree, ideally in Facility Management, Building Services Engineering, or Building Management
Experience
- Professional experience in technical Facility Management
- At least two years in a leadership role
- Experience in managing multi-site teams
- Experience in TGA project management
