As an IT Team Lead, you will be instrumental in building, strategically developing, and operationally advancing the IT department and landscape at Billie Green. A primary focus will be the company-wide implementation of a new ERP system (Green Field). You will also ensure the setup, stability, security, and scalability of the entire IT infrastructure within a high-growth manufacturing environment. This role involves serving as a sparring partner for management, collaborating closely with all departments, and having the unique opportunity to design the digital infrastructure from the ground up. Your contributions will drive efficient processes, successful projects, and a future-proof IT environment, making a significant impact on the company's digital transformation.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in (Business) Informatics, Information Technology, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in IT infrastructure management
- Extensive knowledge in integrating IT strategies, processes, and technologies
- Experience in leading and developing teams
- Proven ability in conducting and managing projects
- Experience with IT consolidations or carve-outs (desirable)
